Minimum age:

The driver must be at least 18 years old and in possession of a valid driver's license. 

Returns:

The car must be returned in the same condition, including accessories, spare tire, tools, clean and the same amount of gas in the tank that you received the rental with. If this is not met, the following costs will be charged: - Missing accessories, etc will cost the price of the specific accessory. If the rental is returned excessively soiled then a fee $25,- to $50,- will be charged to the client. If we have to fill the car's gas tank it can cost $30,- per half tank.

Damage & Theft:

In the event of theft of the car, parts or accessories, these costs may amount to a maximum of the deductible for the client. Z.P. Car Rental is not responsible for any items or belongings left in the car. Any minor damage / glass damage and/or the loss of rental, will be charged to the client. Damage caused without the knowledge of the client is also at the expense of the client. The client is fully liable for damage caused by ignoring warning lights and (temperature) meter (s) on the dashboard and damage caused intentionally, conditional intention or with the consent of the client.

Liability For Injury:

The renter indemnifies Z.P. Car Rental against all liability for damage and / or injury caused to the goods and / or persons transported by the rented property. Costs relating to damage and / or injury to the counterparty that exceed the insured sum of $150,000.00 will also be paid by the client.

Security & Accidents:

If the car is left unattended, the client must remove the key and lock the car. In case of malfunction or damage, contact Z.P. Car Rental as soon as possible. Self-resolved vehicle malfunctions cannot be charged. Flat tires are the responsibility of the renter. The replacement and repair of the tire (+/- $10) must be arranged by the client. In case of accident: Do not move vehicle and the the client must then after report to Z.P. Car Rental and allow Z.P. Car Rental to report and handle the situation. In the event of his negligence, the damage will be entirely charged to the client.

Use Vehicles:

The client is not allowed to use the car for other than private purposes, also to drive the car if he / she is incapacitated to such an extent that driving motor vehicles is prohibited by law.

Alcohol & Drug Use:

Damage incurred by driving under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs is entirely at the expense of the client.

Driver & Co-driver(s):

The car may only be driven by the client, unless Z.P. Car Rental has noted the driving license details of the co-driver (s) and has granted permission to do so.

Payment:

The rent must be paid in cash in advance. The rental price per day covers a period of 24 hours. The rent starts at the time when the car is reserved for the client. In case of late return, an amount of money will be charged for the first hour. $10,- extra calculated; after this, the full daily rate will lapse. This can accumulate at the expense of the client.

Return Terms:

No refund will be given if the car is returned within the reserved period. If the car is not returned, all costs related to reclaiming the car are at the expense of the client.

Driving Behavior:

The car must be driven in accordance with the rules applicable on this island. In case of violation of this, all costs will be charged to the  client.

Consequences:

If the client does not comply with the above conditions, there will be consequences for the renter, if the client commits a breach of contract, Z.P. Car Rental has the right to immediately confiscate the car without refund of the prepaid rent. In cases not provided for by these terms and conditions, the decision-making power lies with Z.P. Car Rental.
